Social Security Disability Application Filing Service Fees
Our fees are performance based. In other words, if we don't perform, we don't earn a fee from you.
We have two fee agreements.
Business Entities
We charge a flat fee rate for the evaluation and invoice for out-of-pocket expenses for medical records fees, photocopying costs, etc., if any, that may be necessary to obtain sufficient evidence to complete our probability assessment, and to submit with the application. If we are unable to obtain the necessary records or other information to make our assessment, your paid-in-advance fee will be completely refunded to you (less any out-of-pocket costs). Therefore, you have nothing to lose by making referrals.
Individuals
If you have done any Google or YouTube searches for information about Social Security Disability, you already know that there is a lot of incomplete and misleading information out there that makes it almost impossible to understand how to successfully apply on you own. Furthermore, there are very few services that will help you at the initial stage of filing and even less who have good track records.
We work with you, one-on-one, to get the information, fill out the applications, file the applications, and follow the process until you receive a decision. We only collect our fees IF you receive benefits. Our fee agreement, which is a standard agreement set by the Social Security Administration, states that we are paid ONLY from any "past due" benefits that you are awarded. We get nothing from future benefits. What the means is this, If the SSA finds that you have been disabled from a certain date in the past up to and including the date of the decision, and ongoing into the future, we can only be paid for the time period that you were found to be disabled by SSA up to the date of the decision. In other words, we have no claim or right to anything that you might continue to receive in the future.
The standard fee language, which is approved by SSA, is for a fee of 25% of past due benefits or $6,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS (currently the average fee earned is slightly over $3,000). In addition, as previously mentioned, you may have some up-front, out-of-pocket expenses for medical records fees, photocopying costs, etc. We understand that for most people that is a lot of money. And therefore, you may be temped to try to do-it-yourself (DIY) in an effort to save some money. And you certainly have the right to try.
However, please believe us when we say that it often proves to be more expensive with DIY efforts (as an example, research how much longer it takes people to sell their own house and how much less they get).
It can be more expensive with DIY Social Security Disability filing because those who are inexperienced often spend a lot of time: trying to learn about and get all of the medical evidence needed; in repeatedly filing the same forms because the SSA says that they weren't properly filled out; and ultimately if they are denied at the initial level and have to wait sometimes years for their appeal for a hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge.
That expense is known in economics as an "opportunity cost." In other words the lost money from the months and years of benefits, that you might have been receiving if you had retained a filing service and been successful at the initial stage, far exceeds the cost that you would have paid for those services. You end up "paying" more for the "opportunity" to get the benefits on your own, than the cost would have been through a service. Time truly is money.
We can't guarantee that we can get Social Security Disability Benefits for you, but since it won't cost you anything if we don't and only perhaps 25% of the past due benefits that we might get for you, is it worth it to you to give us a try?

We have two fee agreements.
- One is a fee agreement for business entities (companies, insurance firms, etc.) who want our help in assuring that the employee/insured files for Social Security Disability Benefits, which is a mandatory requirement in accordance their stated policies.
- The other is a fee arrangement for individuals who want our help in filing for disability benefits, which is an exacting and complicated process.
